Delivery of Goods

Whilst we will try to ship your items to you as quickly as possible, please allow up to 7 working days ('Working Day' means all days other than Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) for delivery. As standard we will post your items to the policyholder's address. Please contact us after purchasing if you would like them sent to a different address.

Our Returns Policy

We hope that you're pleased with your purchase; however we do understand that occasionally, you may need to return goods to us. We've set out below the main reasons why goods tend to be returned, so please read all of the categories and follow the returns process which you feel applies to you.

We advise you to return goods by recorded delivery, registered post, or by courier. Unless otherwise agreed, you are responsible for cost of postage. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery.

If you have simply changed your mind

If you have ordered goods from us, but then simply decided that you wish to cancel your order, then you are entitled to do so provided that you contact us with your request to cancel using the methods above within 14 Days from the day after you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

You will be required to return the unwanted goods to us at your own expense. If we collect the unwanted goods from you, we will charge you for the cost of collection (and where agreed with you we will deduct this from your reimbursement). Please also be aware that if you are not present when we attempt to collect the goods at the scheduled time, we will charge you for a new collection.

We will reimburse to you all of the payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement to the original payment method used for purchase without undue delay, and not later than either 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or if earlier 14 days after the day you provide evidence to us that you have returned the goods.

To cancel your order, please contact us using the methods above.

For goods found to be faulty on arrival

If you find that your goods are faulty on arrival, you must contact us using any of the methods above within 14 days of delivery to advise us of the faulty goods. We will either replace the faulty goods at our own expense or where this is not possible we will provide you with a refund via your original payment method.

For goods that become faulty during use

If your goods become faulty during use, we will instruct you to contact the manufacturer directly for a warranty repair or replacement. This is often the quickest way to have a fault resolved. Alternatively you can contact us directly if the goods do not conform to the contract made between us.

Please note that in some cases it may be disproportionately costly to repair the faulty goods, so in this scenario you will receive replacement goods.

For goods visibly damaged on arrival

If you discover that your goods are visibly damaged on arrival, you should refuse to accept the delivery. Where you have accepted the delivery you must contact us using any of the methods above within 14 days of delivery. Once we have received the damaged goods from you, we will either replace the damaged goods at our own expense or where this is not possible we will provide you with a refund via your original payment method.

If we collect the goods from you, we will charge you for the cost of collection. Please also be aware that if you are not present when we attempt to collect the goods at the scheduled time, we will charge you for a new collection.

For goods supplied not as ordered

If you receive goods from us that differ from what you have ordered, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery to notify us. We will either replace the incorrect goods at our own expense or where this is not possible we will provide you with a refund via your original payment method.

Goods or order duplicated

In the event that that your order or goods have been duplicated by mistake, then please notify us as soon as possible. We will arrange for the duplicated order to be collected at our own expense.

Returning Goods

Postage and Packaging

If you're returning something to us it's important that it is packaged correctly so that it does not get damaged during transit.

We therefore suggest that you package the item in its original packaging (assuming that you have the packaging and it is still intact). Where it's not possible to use the original packaging, please ensure that the goods are sufficiently packaged and cushioned to protect against any reasonable shocks, puncturing, scratching or damage that may occur during carriage, handing and/or sorting.

We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged during transit.

Please note that our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. You can get more information about your statutory rights from the Citizens Advice Bureau (www.adviceguide.org.uk). We reserve the right to inspect the goods and verify any fault(s) and/or any damage.
